Do you have a business that can expand?  There are 4 buildings totaling 50,000 square feet that sit on 6+ acres of land right on Highway J in Kidder, MO that are available for ONLY $100,000!  This won't last long.

Is one of you a competent Greenhouse grower?  A grower of herbs in Holt, MO needs a greenhouse manager to run 3 houses (using The Mittleider nutrients), and I'm told the starting salary for the right person will be $45,000.
