[MittleiderMethodGardening] RE: disappointed
I'm growing some now. Though I live in NW Florida so frost isn't a big problem here. I've heard you can leave them in until the first frost and they'll be larger and sweeter but they have to be harvested quick after that. Mine have been in the ground since July. First frost here doesn't happen until November. This is my second time growing them.
