Hi
For the naturalists among us, I've heard mosquito larvae get stuck to shepherds' purse seed. I don't know what stage or maturity/ripeness for the seeds and haven't tried it, but if you have standing water issues, it never hurts to also reduce the population.

If anyone tries this, please post.
