Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I would construct at earthen berm along the property line on your
side. This should stop the drainage onto the garden property.
Similarly contructing a swale along the other side of the (a choice to
be made by the dog park) property line would catch the contaminated
drainage which could be treated periodically with an appropriate
substance to hasten decomposition. I learned about berms and swales
in a permaculture course. To work properly they must be constructed
according to the contour of the land.
