I have had problems with guinea fowl cocks attacking chicken roosters.

People do keep them with chickens. And as long as you don't let the ducks
turn their living quarters into muck, I see no reason why guineas wouldn't
be OK. Be advised though, that while chickens will return to their regular
night roost, ducks might, but guineas probably won't.
