Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

Hi again, this time I'm asking about my tomatoes. I planted a specific variety called Garden Peach tomatoes. I used big wooden half barrels to plant them in. I didn't realize that I should have been trimming the suckers off so they are tall and FULL.
The tomatoes on the lower part of the plant are bigger than the ones on the top of the plant. As you look at the top of the plant you will see many many many branching off stems with flowers but everything up there is smaller including the tomatoes.

I'm wondering what's going on, and what I should have done differently? Also, can I do anything now to get bigger tomatoes up top?
