pectin is hugamungus expensive and u do not need it
if u peel apple, grate it into the jam as it simmers,
juice and all. leaves no flavoring, grapes take over
but the pectin clots jam. LIST OF CLOTTING abilities
of fruit is ONLINE. Some fruits need apples, some do
fine on their own. natural pectin may be in grapes
i forget which.
