Re: [MittleiderMethodGardening] Re: No car, No job, No money, No insurance, N...
This sounds too bizarre to be true. This isn't the dark ages. Get
yourself to the welfare office and get some help. There are food stamps, money,
and free health care.
There is also unemployment money. If all of the illegal immigrants coming
from Mexico can come here and get help, why not a legitimate USA citizen.
Get going. There is no need for all of this.
I hope you aren't scamming us. If this sounds cruel, it is not meant to
be. I think you are wallowing in pity when there is no need to. And, if
you don't have electricity, how are you using a computer? Oh, I guess you
have a lap top, but you need to still charge the battery. But then there is
still a charge for access to the Internet, right?

Thank you for your advice. I did walk to work for many years after my car
broke down, but recently, my boss's business went belly up, and I have not
worked there since January. I live 10 miles into the forest from a small
town, and there are no other businesses around me that will hire me that I can
walk to. There is bus service, but the last pick up in town is 2:30 and
all the employers in town I have talked to want to tell YOU when to work, not
you tell them. It's ok, I am a survivor and will find a way some how. I do
have a spring so will have water unless a drought comes along, and then I
can haul buckets of water from the river, which I did in 2008. I have some
wind-up flashlights with a built in radio I can use to get around the cabin
at night, and a grill to cook on using sticks gathered from the forest. I
also know how to use a hobo stove.
