Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I live in Logan, Utah and am having a problem with moths.

Although I don't actually have any cabbages, I recognize them as the kind that like to eat cabbage leaves.

They are eating holes all over the cauliflower leaves, and the zucchini leaves are starting to look like stencils with only the vein patterns left.

Even the bean leaves are starting to get holey.

I found dotted eggs under a pumpkin leaf and don't know if the culprit is the same.

I have never had a problem like this...maybe a stray moth or two, but this is an infestation.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
