Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

Sounds like a snake(s). Tell ya what put it in and aquarium along with a slab of
grass and put a screen on the top and let it hatch and see what you get! Or take
it to the office of the nearest fish and wild life office and have there folks
tell you what it is.

Subject: [Organic_Gardening] Dried mud nest on grass...

We just found this in our front yard and I'm stumped as to what it is. It looks
like a mud ball was flung on the lawn and just dried there. When we messed with
it the red clay mud layer came off easily and the underside was a light green
almost yellow looking ball. Within this we could see something black but can't
tell what it is and I'm not wanting to disect it any further. The individual
clumps are about the size of a nickle but the whole mud ball is about 10 inches
long. We are in GA.
