Re: [MittleiderMethodGardening] Just starting out....

I am just starting out too. I will share my experiences with the hope you
can learn form my mistakes. I printed out the 6 steps. However, I am a
visual learner and didn't do my rows exactly. I should have made 1 less row
in my small garden. I didn't quite understand about the soil beds reading
and looking at the picture. I just put my string line down the middle of the
two rows, I should have done it like the picture, made a large rectangle.
One other thing was the mounds on the side of each soil bed, I thought I
was supposed to plant on the top of the mound. I should have planted on the
inside of the mound. Oh. well, live and learn. someone in our area made a
ppt of this which really helped me understand how to do it correctly, like I
said, I am a visual learner.
