Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

We finally got our garden dry enough to rototill after weeks of rain. I'm now ready to put pre-plant fertilizer on the soil beds we've created. Am I correct that it only has 3 ingredients (lime/gypsum, Boron, & epsom salts)? (Correct - the ratio is 80-4-1 - JK)

I purchased the Mittleider Magic Micro Mix which is added to epsom salts and 25 lbs. of 16-16-16. Since I was only able to find 13-13-13, does anyo0ne know how many pounds of 13-13-13 I should use? (25 is close enough - JK)
