10 % will do nicely except if you are tangling with Ivy or some thing that
has a waxy coat on its leaf structure. If that is the case, Go stronger.
Just be careful of drift and do not get to close to the drip line of those
plants trees shrubs you do not want to excommunicate. Do it on a day that is dry
and that the next two days are going to be dry as well. For it will travel with
the water and for maximum effectiveness not only do it on a dry day but one
whose temperature is above 60 degrees. Plants absorb better when they are warm
and their pores, like ours are more open to transfer heat and therefore more
susceptible to absorbing that which you are using to kill them........

Yes I figured that much but how high of a concentrate ? 10, 20 %, I don't
know....nor do I know where to get it, any suggestions ?

I assume that you know that you have to use the high strength vinegar
not what you buy in the stores for human consumption.
