thanks Jeff. The staff member convinced the gardener to remove the hive but
there has been such a neighborhood outcry that they are now going to vote on it
so she can bring it back. Quite embarrassing to browbeat her into moving it and
have the bosses get all the flack. We are a vocal community.

So let me suggest a creative alternative......Mason Bees. They pollinate and
they are people friendly and you can have the kids build hives using straws and
the tubes from the center of the Toilet paper rolls and they can paint them and
you can mount them on poles through out the garden. Management will be thrilled
the kids have a fun project and the garden gets pollinated and the Mason Bees
get new homes. Everyone wins. No one gets stung,..... ever!!!
