Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

Thank you so much. We did make a special trip out to the Fruita Co-op Store, but the sales person there said they didn't carry it. You have to get it from the Fruita Co-op Fertilizer Plant. Under same ownership I asume, but different location. Gypsum is $12.00 for 40#. Big difference! Thank you all for chiming in. I feel much more confident we will be able to do this here now. As we speak, my husband is building the PVC pipe watering system. WE WILL SUCCEED eventually!

Hi Jim as to Lyn Shea in Grand Junction, I have been doing the MM here in Grand Junction for 5 years. I have bought my gypsum at the Fruita Coop and I agree gypsum has done wonders. I buy the 16-16-16 fert at Home Depot, it is the Shultz brand for under 10 bucks I just bought 30# there two weeks ago. Hope this helps Lyn.
