Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

I am in VA and do not have my garden in yet. I just found out about mm. I
heard Southern States has 19-19-19 for @$25 per bag, but I will look else
where for lower prices.

(How good of a deal this is obviously depends on how large the bag is, and what the other options are. A 25# bag for $25 is certainly not as good as a 40# bag for $25.

And using a higher % NPK in the mix means you might want to use a bit less each week, but exactly how much less becomes a part of the "guessing game" we try to avoid in the Mittleider Method, because unless you also adjust the amount of magnesium and micro-nutrients in the mix you might end up with an imbalance that could show up as a deficiency.

Also, if the 19-19-19 is completely water soluble, as 20-20-20 is, some might not like it because of the extra chemical processing required.

So, if the price is "right" I would not necessarily stay away from it, but consider carefully the possible consequences and act accordingly.
