Re: [Organic_Gardening] Something's eating my dogwood trees

My guess would be rabbits too. Examine the branches as Rabbits make a very distinctive angled cut when chomping.

You can lead people to knowledge but you can't make them think

Subject: [Organic_Gardening] Something's eating my dogwood trees

I planted several dogwood trees last month that were shipped bare root. They are
approx 3 - 4 ft tall and the buds were developing on the 'green' branches.

Something has eaten all the branches right down to the main trunk.

I live in a neighborhood and we don't have deer. What could be the culprit? any
ideas on prevention?

thank you,
Doug
