Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

Hey everyone, Happy Easter. Hope everyone is doing well.

My issue is that something is digging up my tomato bed and killing my plants. There is a rabbit fence around but I cannot see and place they are getting in. The holes are similar to the ones in yard from the armidillo but not quite since this is in mulch and not sand. Underneath the ground are alot of tunnels just like last year but did not have any damage close to this.

I've transplanted 22 plants and only have 5 left. The guy at the organic farm told me to put order some wild cat urine from the internet and put it around.

Any suggestions?
