[Organic_Gardening] Re: Something's eating my dogwood trees
Rabbit? You can tell how high the snow drifts were this year on the young fruit trees, the branch ends are all clipped off at a sharp angle, no tearing. Even though I never saw them helping themselves, rabbit droppings and the characteristic cuts tells me it is rabbits. Deer tear at what they eat the ends look frayed. They samples the raspberry bushes one fall. By the way the drift was over 5ft. the branches are all clipped at the ends where they stuck up above the drift.
