I've got two things that you can try... Get a large container of ground
black pepper and sprinkle it throughout your garden. Cats have sensitive
noses and don't like the stuff. You will have to reapply after it rains
though... This worked really well on my peonies

Also, there's a product made by Contech called scarecrow. It's a motion
