RE: [MittleiderMethodGardening] Frank Pepper's h2o2 Spray to Protect from Frost, etc.

Same thing with Onychomycosis (nail fungus) that I get sometimes after
digging.

For five days in a row I let my fingernails soak for about 30 seconds in
H2O2 and then use a fingernail file to *gently* massage the fungus which
will then just let go in large chunks. I repeat the process two or three
more times and each time the fungus will foam with more intensity as the
fungus looses it's waterproof barrier.

When I'm done I rinse with regular water so my skin doesn't get bleached
white.

After five days it's gone!

This is much safer, faster and cheaper than than taking pills for 60 days
which can cause liver damage and heart failure. The beautiful thing is that
YOUR BODY also produces H2O2 to fight off infections in your blood and scalp
so it's a natural remedy :-)

(on an interesting side note, as your body ages, it looses it's ability to
regulate the H2O2 in the scalp, and that's when your hair turns gray!)

3% H202 (hydrogen peroxide) sells at the grocery store for 52c for 16 ounce
bottle or 89c for quart bottle. Next time you see it at the store buy half
dozen for your general first aid box. It's the cheapest best thing to clean

wounds in prep for bandaging. Great for treating athlete's feet fungus too
(just fill a basin with quart bottle and put your feet in for ten minutes).
The
fungus is attached to the surface dead skin and the skin just floats off
with
the fungus.
