[Organic_Gardening] Birds
Hi,
I am in a bit of a quandry. I have been thinking about putting some bird feeders on posts in our vineyard as I saw one organic place that does this to help control damaging bugs.
Problem is: Will the birds that come to eat the seeds also be the sort that will go after bugs? I don't know if most seed eaters are also bug eaters. Will I just be inviting hawks to come and feast on the poor little seed eaters out there in the open? I just don't know what the pros & cons are, what do you all think?
I'm not too worried about more birds eating the grapes as we will be netting them.
