Vegetables Gardening - Growing Organic Vegetables

What are your favorite tomato varieties to grow in Northern Utah? I am mostly interested in the best ones for canning (salsa, pasta sauce, stewed).

But I would be interested in any that you like to grow.

I have always used the DX 52-12, like my Grandpa taught me, but since learning the MM last summer I would like an indeterminate variety to try this year.
