[Organic_Gardening] Hello from a new member

I live in East Central Indiana. Winters are OK and we have a good long growing season. We were still picking tomatoes into November last year. We have been gardening for years but switched to organic 3 seasons ago. We have seen good yields and very tasty food. A little more work with weeding and all but we figure for our kids sake at least it is worth. We spend all spring planting, all summer tending and eating and then all fall canning our fruit and veggies. I have a little question. It may have been covered before but being new I will ask again. I am looking for a weed control that is enviro friendly. We have well water where we live and I am trying to completely remove all the extra toxins from our life that we can. We stopped having the yard sprayed commercially for weeds and stopped using it ourselves as well. Is there anyone out there with a "home brew" weed killer that is friendly to me and my water supply.. Any help is appreciated and needed. The garden we pull weeds by hand. But this is for driveway's and along sidewalks and in flower beds. So it won't be in contact with anything we eat.
