Of course you can ask - I don't mind at all. I'm in Alma which is in Gratiot County and is located geographically very near the middle of the lower peninsula of MI. I'm 50 miles north of Lansing and about 35 miles west of Saginaw, and 20 miles south of Mt. Pleasant, kinda out here in the middle of nowhere (so to speak). I often sign off as being "in the middle of the mitten".

As a side note, MI is shaped like a basin or a bowl (from Geology 101 in college). I guess that means that I'm located at the bottom of the "bowl". Ha!

Seems that I recall that you're in SW MI. Is that correct? I noticed that you're a fellow Michigander in one of your posts. I wonder if there are any more of us from MI here in this group?
